How to Manage Notifications?

Manage Notifications

The Manage Notifications section offers extensive controls for customizing user alerts, with the last email notification date/time. You will find it on the left side of your dashboard.

The configuration is organized under five tabs:

  • Conditions

  • Regions

  • Sectors

  • Frequency

  • Channels

A. Conditions

The Conditions tab, specifically, allows users to toggle notifications for different types of project activity:

  • New Project Announcements: Get notified when new projects are added.

  • Project Updates: Receive alerts for changes in tracked projects.

  • Saved Projects: Updates for projects in your saved list.

  • Subscribed Projects: Updates for projects you follow.

  • Other Projects: Updates for all other relevant projects.

Project Stages: Users can select specific stages to track, including: Announced, Study, Planning, Pre-Design, Design, FEED, Pre-Qualification / Pre-tender, Main Contract Bid, and Bid Evaluation.

Project Value Range: Users can define a tracking range from $0mn to $1000000mn.

B. Regions

Users can select broad regions (e.g., Europe) and manually refine their selection by specifying individual Countries to track.

C. Sectors

Notifications can be filtered by specific sectors and sub-industries, such as:

  • Construction: Including Institutional, which itself contains Public Buildings (e.g., Church, Mosque, Temple).

  • Infrastructure: Including Airport Infrastructure (e.g., Airport Terminal, Hanger).

D. Frequency

Users select the cadence for receiving updates:

  • Real-Time Alerts: Get instant notifications for important updates.

  • Daily Digest: Receive a summary of updates once a day.

  • Weekly Digest: Get a weekly overview of all project changes.

  • Monthly Digest: Receive a detailed report of updates every month.

  • Quarterly Insights (Corporate): Get a comprehensive analysis of project trends every quarter (flagged as a Corporate-level feature).
